NeuroWay

Australia’s First Neurodiversity-Affirming Training Platform

About NeuroWay

Created with a bold vision

NeuroWay was created with a bold vision: to make inclusion simple, practical, and effective for everyone; parents, educators, professionals, and workplaces.

Too often, people who genuinely want to support neurodivergent individuals are overwhelmed by conflicting advice, complex theory, or behaviour-focused strategies that don’t reflect how humans actually grow, learn, and connect.

NeuroWay exists to change that.

This is a platform for every human, every service, and every workplace. By embracing neurodiversity and learning how to support regulation, communication, behaviour, and sensory needs, we empower people to flourish in every environment.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Kate Broderick

Spot Training Hub was founded by Kate, a dual-qualified speech pathologist and occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, families, and the professionals around them.

Kate is a mum of four, a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, and proudly neurodivergent herself. Her journey has taken her from the therapy room to the classroom, to leading one of Australia’s most innovative, award-winning, and neuro-affirming therapy practices (Spot Therapy Hub).

Throughout her career, Kate saw the same challenges repeated:

  • Parents feeling overwhelmed and isolated
  • Teachers and support staff struggling with behaviour and burnout
  • Workplaces wanting to “do better” but unsure where to start

NeuroWay was created to offer a different pathway, one grounded in understanding, and best practice.

Kate’s superpower is making the complex feel simple. She blends clinical expertise, lived experience, and human warmth to help people confidently support neurodiverse individuals and, in the process, create more inclusive homes, classrooms, and workplaces.

Our Commitment

We exist to equip and inspire everyone; parents, carers, educators, and workplaces, to confidently create environments where neurodivergent people can flourish.

Because when inclusion is done well, everyone thrives.
